Apartment has 3 bedrooms, one large living space and a large kitchen, both with fabulous windows and great natural light! Every room has a window and sunlight (except bathroom). The shared bathroom has a classic cast iron bathtub and elegant crown molding. The building has shared laundry in the basement, and off-street parking is available for an additional $50/month. It’s located in the heart of Midtown and is walking distance to Cafe Sous Terre, Wayne State, Third Man Records and Qline.

Max: I’m (26) a grad student in at CCS studying Design For Sustainability, and work part-time in addition. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, making things, cars, and going on adventures. I enjoy cleaning up after myself and tend to clean the apartment weekly. My biggest values when living in a space are intentionality and respect, and I enjoy sharing meals with others once in a while when our schedules align.

Ashley: I’m (26) and a nursing student at Wayne State, I work part-time in addition to my schooling. And when I have any free time, I enjoy spending time playing games, going on walks or sleeping. I’m a pretty generously clean person, I like to clean the kitchen and bathroom and will always do my roomies dishes if they leave them in the sink. My biggest values are respect and communication, if there is an issue I’d prefer that be openly communicated to me.

Chance: I am a feline friend 🐱 (6) who enjoys playing with my string toy and watching the pigeons in the window. I love to sleep but if you want to play just pull out my string toy. I am friendly to other pets, but I don’t prefer to live with other pets.
