Spacious private bedroom available in a shared apartment. The room features two large windows that provide plenty of natural light and a closet spacious enough to accommodate a large dresser. The room currently comfortably fits a full-size mattress and two bedside tables, giving you plenty of living space. The apartment includes a shared kitchen and living room, both kept clean and organized.

Rent includes access to excellent community amenities, including on-site washers and dryers, a fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, outdoor grilling areas, and a pickleball court. The community is also adding outdoor flat-top griddles this summer. The building offers security for residents, making it a comfortable and convenient place to call home

I am a full-time working female in my 20s living with my well-behaved 5-year-old child and one cat. My child attends daycare for most of the day, and we maintain a quiet, clean, and respectful home environment. I am not a very social person and generally keep to myself, so I am looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle who values peace, cleanliness, and privacy.

This room is available because I am seeking someone to take over my previous roommate’s portion of the lease. The current 12-month lease began in March, and I am looking for someone to move in and assume the lease starting July 1st.
