The house is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with over 2,100 square feet of living space. The neighborhood is part of the highly regarded Higley Unified School District and is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and major roads for easy access throughout the East Valley.

We’re three 26-year-old working professionals looking for someone who would be a good fit with the group. I’m a loan officer and Arizona State University alum.

One roommate owns and operates a dental lab.

The third roommate is a supply chain manager for Coca-Cola . We’re all ambitious, career-focused guys who work hard during the week but enjoy having fun outside of work. Golf is a big hobby for all of us, and you’ll often find us out on the course on weekends.

We’re a pretty social house and genuinely enjoy spending time together. Most nights, we’ll be hanging out in the living room watching sports, playing video games, grilling, or just relaxing after work. We also like getting out of the house for golf, happy hours, sporting events, and other activities around Gilbert, Scottsdale, and the East Valley.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the group, not just rent a room and disappear. If you’re easygoing, social, and enjoy having roommates who are also friends, you’d probably fit in well here. We’d be happy to include a new roommate in golf rounds, game nights, trips out, and whatever else we’ve got going on.
