Room is furnished with a full size bed, a night stand, and drawers. 1gb internet is included, security cameras are placed outside the property for safety, gas/trash is included. Electric and Water are not included and must be paid by tenants. Lease is for 6 months, with option to renew should landlord find tenant to properly maintain the home.

The house currently is occupied by 1 other person who is staying in the master. Current tenant maintains a clean and tidy space, so you must be able to do the same.
