The home includes a washer and dryer, full kitchen with oven and refrigerator, and a designated parking area for your vehicle. Utilities and other details can be discussed during the application process.

I currently have three cats and one dog, so you must be comfortable living with pets. The animals are friendly and part of the household.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Lake Nona, Medical City, major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and everyday conveniences. Saint Cloud offers a relaxed atmosphere while still providing easy access to Orlando and surrounding areas.

Please note that the home is currently listed for sale. While I am seeking a roommate, there may occasionally be scheduled showings of the property. Any showings would be communicated in advance, and reasonable notice would be provided whenever possible.

I’m 26 years old and work a regular office schedule Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. I’m pretty laid-back and easygoing. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing video games, and listening to music.

I like to keep a clean and organized home and would describe myself as being balanced when it comes to housekeeping—I appreciate a tidy living space, but I’m not overly strict. Friends and guests are welcome as long as everyone is respectful of the home and cleans up after themselves.

Be respectful of quiet hours, especially during the week since I have early mornings for work. Treat the pets kindly and be mindful not to leave doors or gates open. Communicate openly and respectfully if any issues arise.
