About the room
I have two rooms empty in my house I am looking to rent out. They have a box spring and mattress and tv in the room both have closets for clothes but no dressers. Internet and all utilities will be included. All common areas and bathroom would be shared. Must be clean and share cleaning responsibilities. Being that two rooms are empty, I am looking for two roommates. If you need both rooms, that can be negotiated.
About the roomies
I live in the house with my dog Zeus. Zeus is people and dog friendly. Not cat friendly. I am retired and don’t work so I am here majority of the time.
