Spacious room available with enough space for a queen-size bed, dresser, desk, and more. The room is located toward the back of the house, making it a quiet and private space. It includes a good-sized closet, and the bathroom is shared with just one other roommate across the hall. Rent covers all utilities, as well as access to a washer and dryer. Tenants also have access to a large furnished living room and shared common areas with an open-concept layout. There’s plenty of street parking available, and the home is located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood near Maple Grove and Overland. Furnished options are available for an additional cost—just ask for details. A one-year lease is preferred, but we’re willing to discuss other lease terms for the right tenant.

The other roommate is an older student who works full-time and keeps a pretty busy schedule. He’s friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with, but generally keeps to himself during the week. He often works late, so the house tends to stay quiet. He also has a well-behaved dog, which is why additional dogs aren’t being considered at this time.
