A second private unfurnished bedroom is available in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Melbourne. This room is similar in size to the first and includes a closet and access to a shared bathroom. Rent is $850/month including all utilities and internet.
Alternatively, one tenant may rent both available bedrooms for $1,250/month. This setup is perfect for someone wanting a home office, craft room, guest room, extra storage, or additional privacy.
The home includes shared access to the kitchen, laundry, living room, screened porch, backyard, and driveway parking in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Hi! We’re Aaron and Nicolette, a married couple in our twenties. We both work multiple jobs and maintain a fairly quiet, respectful household. We spend most of our time working, studying, caring for our pets, and relaxing at home.
We have two friendly cats, so applicants should be comfortable living with pets. We value open communication, cleanliness in shared spaces, and mutual respect. We’re looking for roommate(s) who are responsible, employed, able to pay rent on time, and interested in maintaining a peaceful living environment.
