I am looking for a roommate to share a large (~1323 Sq. Ft.) 2 bedroom, 2 bath Luxury apartment in Pasadena.

$1,700 per month plus utilities plus $75 parking if you need a parking spot. Also, I hire a cleaning service to come clean the place every couple of weeks and we would split that cost. I want to find the right roommate so am flexible about timing. Also, no summer internships or sublets. I am looking for a longer-term roommate.

You will be walking distance to Old Town, South Lake, the Pasadena Playhouse, medical school, art center, eating and shopping. And the complex has some pretty cool amenities: pool, hot tub, club room where you can work or hang out, movie theatre to stream your own movie and watch what they are streaming, conference room for meetings or gatherings, really nice gym and wonderful staff. The complex is perfect for a professional or grad student.

Both the bedrooms are spacious. You would have the Bedroom 2 (~11’ x 11’) with a large walk-in closet (~7’ x 7’). The apartment also has in-unit laundry, hall closet, full kitchen with all modern appliances and hardwood floors throughout.

I am a lawyer and work from home when I am in town which is about 25% of the time. With work, travel and family commitments, I am usually gone 75% of the time. When I am in town, I love being outdoors whenever I can (hiking, pickleball and dancing are my current favorites), going to the movies, wine tastings, plays and exploring new restaurants in the area.

I am currently living in Huntington Beach but have already rented the apartment at the Trio. Why do a roommate situation when I could just get a place of my own you ask? Although, I am gone a lot, I like having a nice place to call home to. And because I am gone so much I find it hard to justify the expense but can justify if I share a larger apartment with another person. This way we both have a luxury apartment and add to our disposable incomes to support all of our bad habits (for me this is traveling).

My ideal roommate is someone who is social. We don’t have to be besties but I also don’t want a roommate who pretty much hangs out in their room. I like to host parties and have
