This will be a master room with large closet and your own bathroom. Laundry right outside your door and your own private area with all brand new townhome! Right next to I-75 and the college off Rome canton exit. Many restaurants and me and my daughter live in the townhome in two other rooms where we mostly stay the majority of the time when we are home. Please do not bring drama or uninvited roommates that don’t pay. The room rental for the master is $1200.00 monthly plus access and free to hang out any where else around the home except the garage. Me and my 15 year old working and pretty much stay on our rooms and keep to ourselves when we are home. The are spaces out especially the master bedroom. We just need to share the cost because my situation is in transition and my other daughter who was helping has moved out to her own place closer to her job.
