One story brick ranch, front covered porch, deck and above ground pool in fenced in back yard. Nice size closet in room, common areas shared. Clean home, and in a great neiborhood close to midtown Virginia Beach. Parking in driveway or on street. Looking for a good reliable, clean housemate. I work from home, and have my office in the dining room and have my own private den, yet full access to laundry facilities.
About the roomies
I am single and the only other person living in my home. I can also provide a back ground check as well. I am only renting to 1 person, not to their partners or their friends. Safe, quiet peaceful home. I have one older Simease male cat that is inside/outside. If you are allergic to cats. His dander is different and should not affect you.
