Hi! The room comes fully furnished. Full size bed, dresser, shelving system and the closet is small but functional. There is a Clothes Hanging space on one side with shelves on the other. We can make changes if you have your own furniture. Utilities are included with the monthly rent including Internet! There is off street parking available if you have a vehicle. There is a fenced in back yard with space to sit outside and chill. The house is in a great Lexington location. It’s a two bedroom one bath home with 3/4 functional basement. Walking distance to the UK campus and other areas. Central heat and air to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is also a covered front porch to hang out on as well. Hi! My name is Kris. I am a nice older man who is a military veteran and works a lot. I’m pretty laid back and love animals! I do have pets currently. I’m quiet, (Well most of the time lol) On my days off I like to have fun, work on projects and others just chill and watch some Netflix or something. I am a great handyman with the ability to fix about everything. I’ve never had any felonies or duis. But I’m not judging if you do. I believe in second chances. I am honest, Trustworthy and loyal.
