About the room Edit This room is located in the Westheimer Lakes area southwest Katy and Cinco Ranch. Easy commute areas from Katy, Cinco Ranch, Rosenberg and Richmond areas, just down the Fort Bend West Park tollway & the FM 1093/ Spring Green Boulevard, Just blocks away from the new mega H-E-B FULL service store off the Westpark tollway, along with every conceivable store and restaurant. There are plenty of little lakes and walking/biking areas, which also features a beautiful park area. The park has a full size swimming pool, Jacuzzi, clubhouse, Tennis courts, basketball courts, and more.
About the room: Special note: This is a beautifully furnished house and I will only allow those who will have available references and proper identification. Must be a full-time working professional. I do not allow any codependency issues within my home or on the property. There is plenty of parking, with roving HOA security (as far as I know they have not been any incidents). The room has a spacious closet, for plenty of space for clothes and Storage, There is also additional storage in an in a large shelved closet just off the bathroom, and in in an armoire located in the entertainment area. There is alsothe fact you have the entire second floor, with an entertainment system, pool table, and leisurely furniture to read or write in a quiet and private area. I do not go upstairs unless there is a problem you make me aware of or that you need some help with. Good communication skills are the essential elements for a good roommate relationship! Also, there is a refrigerator and microwave with hot plate upstairs also for your convenience. Along with a coffee maker. You will also have full access to a modern washer and dryer, and cleaning equipment for maintaining your area. I have a 1.5 GB fiber Wi-Fi for your Internet needs!
