Looking for 1–2 more roommates for a potential house in West San Jose (95128 area). Right now it’s 2 girls + 1 guy, all working professionals, and we’re touring the place on 6/1. We’d need people who could move pretty quickly if it’s a good fit.
The house is a 5 bed / 4.5 bath, around 2557 sqft, and would come out to about $1275-$1600/person before utilities.
We also have 4 cats in the household, so definitely need someone pet-friendly 🐱
The overall vibe we’re hoping for is communicative and genuinely comfortable to live in. We want the place to actually feel like a home instead of just people splitting rent — decorating, hosting friends occasionally, making the space cozy/fun, that kind of energy.
The house itself seems to have a really nice setup too: central AC, brand new washer/dryer, parking, spacious common areas, backyard deck/pergola, solar panels, etc. The vibe we’re hoping for is friendly and cozy without being a constant party house. More “people who enjoy living together” than random roommates.

Yuebing (4) is very playful and social. He’s kind of an aggressive lover in the sense that once he likes you, he REALLY likes you and wants to give you lots of licks. Very funny personality. Buffy (4) is probably the biggest cuddle bug of the group. She’s super sweet, friendly, and genuinely loves people. She’ll happily climb into your lap for pets and likes being near everyone. Frankie (8) is the calm senior lady of the house. Very mature, independent, and low maintenance. She mostly naps, hangs out by windows, and quietly observes life. Half the time you don’t even notice she’s there until she softly chirps at you for attention. She likes her space the most out of everyone. Snoopy (1) is the baby chaos fluff 😂 Very playful, food motivated, and entertaining. She can be shy with new people at first and tends to hide initially, but once she warms up she’s super silly and sweet.
