Our house is cozy and welcoming. We’re excited for someone to add to that!! The room has lovely natural light, space for storage, hardwood floor. We have 1.5 bathrooms. Additionally, we have tons of storage space in the basement, some lifting equipment, cookware, etc!

Also! There is a queen sized mattress and bed frame!!
