A very cool, 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located within walking distance of the iconic Vine Street where you will find fashion, home-wares, and an endless supply of restaurants, bars and cafes. Upon entering Penthouse, you will immediately feel its welcoming environment; the perfect place to unwind and entertain. A rooftop deck with 360 degree views is the perfect space to experience the City of Cincinnati. I am only home a coupe days a week so you get the home to yourself 4 days out of the week.

I’m Jeff and I live here about 2-3 days out of the week as I travel for work. I’m 38 and active on the weekends with running, biking and some rugby. I love movies and comedy. I work in food processing as a travel sales person in the state of Ohio… so be ready for lots of food samples. I am tidy and keep quite or can be social.
