Private bedroom available in a well-maintained home within walking distance of downtown Fuquay-Varina. The room includes access to a dedicated guest bathroom that would be yours exclusively, as there are no other roommates in the home.

Rent includes all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi. You’ll have access to shared living spaces, kitchen, laundry, and plenty of parking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and everything downtown Fuquay has to offer.

Move-in available in early June. I may be open to a reduced rental rate for someone willing to occasionally help check on or let out my two French bulldogs during the workday.

I’m a 30-year-old technology professional who works full-time. It’s just me and my two French bulldogs living in the home, so the environment is quiet, relaxed, and drama-free.

I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and comfortable around dogs. Open to male or female roommates. Ideally looking for another working professional who appreciates a peaceful home environment and communicates well.

No additional pets at this time since the dogs are already running the household.
