Private unfurnished bedroom available in a spacious 5-bedroom, two-story home in Turlock, CA, conveniently located near downtown and within walking distance of Stanislaus State University. The room is located upstairs and features a private entrance to a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom shared with only one other female roommate. The room includes a small walk-in closet and comfortably fits a Twin XL bed with additional furniture. The home offers central heating and air conditioning, on-site parking, shared laundry, and access to common living areas including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Each housemate receives their own cabinet and refrigerator space. Shared kitchen amenities include a microwave, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, and cookware, though you’re welcome to bring your own kitchen items. Rent is $465 per month with a $465 security deposit. Utilities are split equally among all five housemates and include Wi-Fi, TID, COT, and PG&E. Groceries are not shared, and each resident purchases their own food. The lease is month-to-month. Overnight guests are allowed for up to three days, and all guests should be communicated to the household in advance. Additional house information and guidelines will be discussed with applicants who appear to be a good fit.

We are a household of five women between the ages of 22 and 30. Some of us are students, some work in the restaurant industry, and all of us maintain our own schedules and routines. While we’re friendly and respectful with one another, this is not a party house. Most interactions happen naturally in the shared spaces, and everyone values a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

We share responsibility for keeping common areas clean through a rotating weekly chore schedule, while each person is responsible for maintaining their own room and personal belongings.

We are looking for another female roommate who is employed, responsible, clean, respectful, and communicative. Prior experience living with roommates outside of immediate family is strongly preferred. We hope to find someone who appreciates a cooperative household, respects shared spaces, and is looking for a stable and comfortable place to call home.
