Our home is a sanctuary in a mostly senior community on Lake Wallenpaupack in the Pocono Mts in NE PA. Bedroom available for one adult weekly or monthly (no lease). En suite bathroom. Shared kitchen. Full use of first floor including workout equipment. Amenities include a 5-minute walk to the lake. Kayak available. Fire pit. Hammock. Free parking. Lots to do in area. Three hours from NYC and Philadelphia. Looking for neat, quiet adult with consistent income who enjoys a sanctuary vibe. No one under 21, no pets, no alcohol, tobacco, weapons or drugs allowed on property (medicinals allowed). Landlady is a part-time pet sitter, so occasionally there is a dog in the house. Landlady is upstairs 90% of the time when home. The room will be closed to guests around the last week of August and first week of September, dates subject to change.
