Hey everyone!! I’m currently looking for another roommate in my apartment in Sandy Springs. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with two rooms currently occupied. The room available has a door to the back patio as well as a nice fireplace. Rent is $975 a month with utilities already included. The neighborhood has a pool and tennis courts. It is also a gated community. I’m currently looking for females that have no pets. Move in is very flexible but looking for someone to move in by end of July.
