I’m looking for a female roommate to share a lovely two-bed, two-bath garden apartment in Uptown Hoboken. I’ve lived in Hoboken for the past few years, and my current roommate is moving back home to France. The bedroom and common spaces are shown in the pictures below. The room is available furnished or unfurnished, and comes with a detached private bathroom off the main living space that’s solely yours.

The apartment has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher, a brand new full-sized washer and dryer, AC and ceiling fans, and a fenced-in private backyard. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Columbus Park and the Clinton & 9th Street bus stop.

I’m 30, a working professional with a hybrid in office schedule, and I have a very shy older cat who mostly keeps to herself. I love yoga, spending time outside, and having friends and family over from time to time. I’m looking for a clean, kind, and friendly roommate at a similar life stage — someone who enjoys a quieter home but is also up for hanging out and exploring things around town together!
