I am looking for a female roommate for a joint lease on a 2nd floor Flat. 2bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and shared office. Offstreet, garage parking. Laundry and storage in the basement. There is a patio and a little garden space in the back. Close to downtown Providence, and bus lines, and Whole Foods. $1100/mo. + 1/2 utilities (Please budget around 140/mo. for gas, electric and internet. These bills are split between you and I.)

The landlord will need proof of income.

I am 44, female and work as a freelancer (Sound designer/engineer) for production companies and theaters in Boston. I do not smoke and have no pets. I hope to live with same.

My work schedule varies. When I am not at work, I am at home, probably. I like things clean, and mostly neat. That said, I sometimes get less neat (like my shoes are beside instead of on the rack; wow we need to dust the ceiling fans…) when busy, or in tech.

I don’t have to be best friends with my roommates, but I do like to be social–I would love to hear about your project or your thesis in the kitchen.
