Hello. I am looking for a female roommate to rent a bedroom. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with another roommate. At this time there is no other roommate but they will be added on a later date. The room is a 10x13 sq ft room and the bathroom is right beside it. The rent is $700/mth and includes use of utilities and wifi. Kitchen is shared and so is washer and dryer and refrigerator. It is recommended that you get a small refrigerator for your room but not required. Located in Douglasville ga. The home is a well maintained modernized home in a nice neighborhood.
