The apartments are modern, spacious, and located in one of the most convenient areas of Orange County. Rent for the larger floor plans is currently around $3,500 to $3,900 total per month, so we’d split costs accordingly. Both bedrooms are very similar in size, and I’m flexible on who takes which room.
