The house itself is furnished and in good condition. There’s a small garden in the front that could be expanded, and a nice little backyard. The neighborhood is really nice, and there’s access to the greenline just a block away, and Shelby Farms is only a few miles away.

I’m a grad student at St Jude and will be the only person living here after mid-July. I have one cat at the moment, but plan to get a second. If you have a cat that’s fine with me, and a dog is fine too if it’s well-behaved and friendly towards cats. In my spare time I like to rock climb, and run and bike around the Memphis area.
