About the room
Quiet gated community with plenty of businesses near by next to the 215 and Harry Reid International Airport. Room for rent is upstairs and across hall from private bathroom; including a lightly used queen bed if needed. Downstairs area has a large living room with high ceilings and an excellent kitchen with a gas stove that vents outside. Backyard is nice with a gazebo that I have turned into a catio with a small, starter garden. Ideally would take rent to reinvest into shared, common areas to small, rare gatherings. Very quiet for a townhouse and neighbors are rarely seen.
About the roomies
Currently just myself, a 35 year old introverted engineer who focuses on my own gardening, gaming, and lifting hobbies. Also I have two cats Luna (skittish) and Franco (social butterfly) who are present but are generally chill. With the pets I prioritize cleanliness to prevent any awkward smells or allergens and have installed air filters both upstairs & downstairs.
