Hello! I am looking for one or two people to sublet a bedroom in my Hamilton Heights apartment. The room is available beginning June 1st.

About the place:

• Rent for the room is $1200/month
• Utilities not included in the rent and are around $70/month per person, (avg $50 for electric and $20 for WiFi)
• In unit washer/dryer and dishwasher
• 2nd floor walk up
• 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
• radiator heat and window unit AC (included)
• We are located about a 4 min walk from the 1 train (145 St) and a 12 min walk to the ACBD (145th st).

I am a 28M gay man who works at a special education school in the neighborhood. I live to cook and keep busy around the city. I will be here for the month of June, but will be traveling in July and August.

The second roommate is a female in her early 40s. She is a pilates instructor and is subletting for the duration of the summer.
