One room for rent in a 3 Bed / 2 Bathroom apartment, on the East Side of Athens GA. Third bedroom is a guest/craft room that would be shared. The room is unfurnished but we already have most of the living area furniture. Kitchen is smallish but works. There is in unit laundry. The complex is pretty quiet. You would have the hall bathroom. Rent plus Internet, Power, Water, etc is ~$650 for one person, $810 for a couple. This varies slightly from one month to another with power/water changes.

You will be sharing with a queer pagan married couple that both work at UGA. We’re not pushy about any of it, but it freaks some people out so I’m mentioning those things up front. There are 2 cats but we could stealth one more. Since we both work full time, we are mostly homebodies. We like to cook when we have the energy, usually watch tv, nap, or online game with friends in the evening. Angela (37) is into fiber arts and more traditional art. Savannah (46) is into wargaming and painting minis. We prefer no smoking or excessive drinking, someone who cleans after themselves, is respectful of quiet hours. The usual things.
