Bathrooms are shared (except master bedroom).
Security deposit = one month’s rent (payment plan may be available)
Rent is prorated based on move-in date
Utilities included however
I only covers up to $200 of electricity; remaining balance split among tenants
WiFi (~$70 total) shared among tenants if you want wifi
Washer and dryer available on-site
House Guidelines: Single occupancy per room
