Large 2-story w/Primary BDRM #1, and 3 secondary bedrooms upstairs, with Primary BDRM #2 downstairs. Downstairs we have a kitchen, family room, living and dining room. Outdoors we have a pool, outdoor covered fireplace w/bbq. We are situated in a nice neighborhood a half mile from Kaiser and I-80 access. We keep everything clean. We maintain the lawns, the pool, and keep the inside spotless. Our environment is peaceful. The bedroom is a typical sized secondary bedroom measuring 11’-5” x 11’-4”. Currently furnished with my grandsons who is moving out of town. We will refurbish with new full size bed-pillows-sheets-blanket, dresser, nightstand with lamp and flat screen TV.

My wife and I, of 39 years, are happily married. On occasion, our grandson will stay the night. My mother-in-law has the only downstairs bedroom due to limited mobility. Upstairs we currently have two roommates, both are quiet, respectful, and private, yet friendly enough to engage into conversation. My wife and I are looking for someone like minded; respectful, clean, quiet, and friendly. The average age of the household is 65, so keep that in mind.
