I live in a very quiet kind community. Everyone is very nice and the property management and landlord is absolutely wonderful. The apartment has a pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, pickle ball court, game room (pool table, ping pong, arcade game), as well as an elevator! I have a personal closing garage I pay extra for already and I don’t mind you utilizing as well ☺️ It is fully furnished and we would both have our own bathrooms. I’m on the second floor and have a balcony with an absolutely stunning view 😍. It comes with WiFi and all utilities included. You can use everything here and bring whatever you want. All I ask is that you are honest, respectful, clean and don’t go into my room. ☺️

It’s just me, I’m 20, I do have 2 kids but they don’t live with me. My sister comes over sometimes to hangout with me but won’t bother you.
