I am looking for someone to replace my current roommate on our lease. Our current lease period ends July 18, so she’s moving out by Mid - July. Need a new person to sign a 12-month lease with. About the apartment

• Private bathroom with a bathtub (Happy to do a video tour or in-person showing whenever)
• In unit washer/ dryer
• The living room is furnished, see the video of the kitchen and living room. (The TV is my roommate’s, so will need to get a new one to replace it, but apart from that)

Your room will be the one in front of the apartment with the windows.

A little bit about me I am a Product Manager for a tech company. I am 29, I have been in SF for 5 years and have been living at this apartment, since I first moved to SF. I am pretty social, I love going out with my friends for brunch, broadway shows or concerts. I work from home (mostly from the building’s coworking space) and cook quite frequently.
