Sorry about the photos. I didn’t take pictures when I toured the place so I took them from their video, but they give a good idea of the lighting compared to the super bright photos on the website. The apartment is in a gated community. You get your own bathroom that is connected to your bedroom. It is located in a quieter section of Long Beach. Quite a few students living in these apartments too. There is a pool and spa. Laundry rooms are communal. Pet friendly, but you will need to pay a pet deposit of $500/pet and monthly pet fee/month ($65 for dogs, $50 for cats). The place is unfurnished. You will get the Master bedroom if you are a couple. If not, we will need to decide who gets which room.
Just me, a grad student going to CSULB in the fall. As long as you are quiet while someone is sleeping, clean up after yourself in the common areas, take out the trash when it’s full, and have no parties that involve alcohol or smoking of any kind, we won’t have a problem. Of course I will do the same for you. I don’t mind sharing things even food, but we will need to come to a consensus of what will be shared.
