About the room
The apartment is in a gated community. You get your own bathroom that is connected to your bedroom. It is located in a quieter section of Long Beach. Quite a few students living in these apartments too. There is a pool and spa. Laundry rooms are communal. Pet friendly, but you will need to pay a pet deposit of $500/pet and monthly pet fee/month ($65 for dogs, $50 for cats). No need to pay for pet fees if it is ESA certified. The living room and shown bedroom is unfurnished.
About the roomies
Just me, a grad student going to CSULB in the fall. As long as you are quiet while someone is sleeping, clean up after yourself in the common areas, take out the trash when it’s full especially since we’re in the first floor, and have no parties that involve alcohol or smoking of any kind, we won’t have a problem. Of course I will do the same for you. I don’t mind sharing things even food, but we will need to come to a consensus of what will be shared.
