You will have the use of kitchen, dining, living room, laundry washer & dryer currently shared with 2 other male housemates.
All utilities furnished including EPB internet.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PETS on the property and only one person renting the room.
Rent is $600.00/month with a required $350.00 cleaning fee that is refundable after 12 months.
Room can furnished with a bed & other furniture if desired.
About the roomies
There are 2 other male housemates. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate.
