A single non-furnished bedroom available, no deposit needed, just pick up the roughly $650 monthly rent (varies water/electric usage). The apartment already has a washer/dryer hooked up, fridge, stove and furnishings outside room. There is a pool and work out facilities available for residents. Shopping, food and movie theater walkable distance, all within a 5 minute drive! Nearby major interstate ramps for easy travel (not including rush hour of course).

There are multiple shy/skittish, friendly fluffy cats and one dog, so please be mindful if you have allergies. One male, one female of the LGBTQ community already residing. We are very big gamers, one PC the other console and don’t mind if you are too! The male is an avid Dr who fan and enjoys books! The female is an anime fan and absolutely adores animals. We are neurodivergent, if you don’t know what that means we may not be for you. We enjoy occasionally window shopping at the mall, attending Renaissance fairs and sometimes the zoo. Quiet hours are after 9pm during week days, we must be mindful of the neighbors.
