Hey there I’m john, 34 and a tech nerd looking for a roommate to help with how god awful this economy is. I truthfully never wanted roommates but on-going health issues and rising costs on everything has forced me into this spot, so I am looking for a chill and low key roommate that can understand and respect that youre coming into someone elses safe place and home. The room itself is a guest room in a condo and it has furniture in it currently as a guest room for when my mom comes to visit but all of that stuff can be thrown out if you have your own bed and furniture to add to the room. You get your own private bathroom as well with stand in shower.

Other than that, I’m very easy-going and just ask that rent is paid on time every month and please don’t be a slob lol. Also you have to be accepting of cats because that is my fur daughter but she is the sweetest and nicest cat youll ever meet and she mostly sticks with me so you wont have to worry about her invading your space alot (unless you want that lol)
