This is a partially finished basement room with its own entrance, bathroom, living area, and fridge, as well as a separate driveway. The only things that are shared are the kitchen and laundry. There is also an empty bedroom upstairs, which would mean we would share a bathroom, but I’m open to discuss it it that is preferred! I’m also flexible on how we split up the rent/bills if that is an obstacle! The house is located on the east side of Iowa City, right next to a bus stop and just a few minute drive to campus/downtown. It’s a very nice, quiet neighborhood nearby Sycamore Mall.

I am a very easy roommate, I work full time so I’m out of the house most days. I am very clean, respectful, and quiet. I do have one cat who stays upstairs, she is almost 2 and super sweet, she loves anyone who will give her attention! I do like to cook, especially for another person. Other than that, when I am home I am usually just playing video games or watching TV (at a low volume!). I really enjoy getting to know people and this is a really great house/neighborhood.
