Hello! i am posting a room for rent in the Mesa area! Rent is $1,000 and does not include wifi ($30) or electricity($100~). Would be able to move in Mid July but wouldn’t have to pay until August, as July will already be covered. You’ll will have your own bedroom with a walk in closet and your own bathroom. it’s a pretty spacious place only shared with me and my dog, Bruno. You’d have full access to the clubhouse, pool, gym and many other facilities in the community. the room does not come furnished so you’d have to bring your own. most of the furniture in the pictures are from the roommate who will be moving out so if you have furniture feel free to bring it.
I am 27 with a full time job in dental so i am not home so much during the weekdays. i also have a dog named Bruno, he is a 3 year old border collie and is very friendly and well trained! When we are free during the weekends we like to get out as much as possible or just keep it chill. i am a clean, kind, and respectful person just looking for the same in return. i am welcome to another dog or a cat!
