• Private furnished bedroom, (or unfurnished if potential tenant prefers to bring own furniture), with private full bathroom in a very nice clean home.
• all utilities including electricity, water, weekly trash pick up, hrsd, and unlimited wifi with all streaming services i currently have subscriptions for. the washer and dryer and the kitchen would be shared common spaces.
• luxury amenities include access to extra large 33“ round swimming pool, an 8 person hottub also a beautiful koi pond. 3 decks to host guests. The backyard is truly like a resort. (pics upon request)
• month to month or 6 month lease available but not necessary as far as I am concerned. I am willing to work on honor system for tenant with good references.
• I have two female dogs here but they are extra sweet, luvs people and children and get along fine with other dogs so pets are ok but no more than one dog/cat.. Any other pet in a tank or pen is also fine..Ive got a large fenced in backyard.

Rent would be $900 per month or $225 per week, whichever works best for you. The first months rent would be due before moving in and the next rent due date would be set depending on the move in date. I pretty much stay to myself in my bedroom unless I am working on the yard. I pay for lawn services and outdoor/indoor bug services thruout the spring and summer. I have my own full bathroom in my bedroom so you would have the main hallway bathroom to urself. All common areas ( den, living room, dining room, etc…), would be available at all times to urself and any guests u would like to have over. ….if interested please text me for any other details or pics or to set up a visit to see if its a good fit. Smokers ok amd 420 freindly. excellent place for a military person or travel nurse. I only ask for u to pick up behind urself, pay rent on time without me having to ask for it and possibly throw in on household items now and again, ( paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc.), however, other arrangements can b made available for those type items if u prefer. Groceries can be shared for stuff like milk, eggs, butter and the like or not..whatever is easiest for u. Details on that stuff can be discussed if u are serious about wanting to move in.
