Hi speed internet (500Mb) with Ethernet, Cable TV/ Roku.. There is a side door on the home that goes to the bedroom so you would have privacy as you come and go.. There is also a Koi fish Pond/Deck and garden if that interest you.. The room has it’s own heat and air conditioning that you would completely control.. The bathroom would only be used by you and is only accessed from inside the bedroom.. There is always parking available in my driveway or directly out in front of my home on a private street.. I am an older male and the only other person that will be living there.. I don’t do drugs or smoke, and keep my home clean.. This will be a month to month rental for 1 person male or female.. My current roommate is a Weekend Commuter. He only spends Monday night through Friday morning here and goes back to his family and home in another city every weekend. I am the only other person living in the home. I am clean, quiet, and never have guests over.
