2 car garage, brand new washer & dryer. Bedroom is unfurnished. Common area is currently minimally furnished as the previous roommate took some of the furniture when she moved out.

In addition to rent, tenants pay Electric (SMUD) and internet. I’m also asking you to pay ~$200 a month to help cover a housecleaner and landscaper.

I’m the only other roommate. I’m a gay man in my early 40s, I work in retail management. My hobbies include tabletop gaming, grilling, and mixology.
