I’m a quiet, thoughtful and clean woman who sings, plays music, works part-time and is socially active. I am looking to share with a professional, preferably a woman, working outside of the house. Share the kitchen and large downstairs open living space and patio. Helping in the garden would be nice. Split the utilities. First month and security deposit. Must have good credit and at least 2 references. Enjoy life in Marina Bay, close to great restaurants, historial museum and ship, the SF ferry (30 minute ride to the Ferry Building). Ride your bike or hike on the bay trail right out the gate. Near Kaiser, BART and 15/20 minutes from San Rafael over the bridge. This is a sanctuary/temple home with occasional get togethers.
