About the room

2 bed 1.5 bath apartment that is more built like a townhome/condo. Walk in closet, AC, shared upstairs bathroom, free parking for one car. Located pretty close to CSU and natural areas. Shared areas are already furnished but open to swapping things out or moving things around, bedroom will be unfurnished (pics are of current room as my roommmate is moving out of the city in July. Place is available July 31st for a lease through July 30th 2027, must go through property managment to be approved, cats may be allowed but would have to be approved by property management.

About the roomies

I am a 26 year old student who goes to school full time during the spring and fall semesters, I work part time during then. Work full time during the summer. I am clean, respectful, and friendly. Also like to stay lowkey sometimes. I enjoy doing things outdoors like hiking and camping, I also like to stay in an play video games or watch movies.
