About the room
Three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, 1 bedroom available for sublet. Available starting May 30 (or possibly earlier) through the end of the lease on August 31. Rent is $650/month per bedroom, which includes water, heat, gas, and trash. Electric not included in the rent price. The apartment is semi-furnished (beds, desks, dressers, living room and dining furniture). One current roommate is a Mac student and very chill. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from Macalester College and 10-minute walk from St.Thomas.
About the roomies
I’m a recent graduate who’s clean, responsible, and pretty laid-back. I won’t be living in the apartment during the sublet. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, and there will be one other roommate, a girl, who is friendly and respectful of shared spaces.
