About the room
I’ve got a first floor 2b2b at Rio Paradiso apartments in Tempe (a link to the specific floorplan: https://arizona.weidner.com/apartments/az/tempe/rio-paradiso/floorplans/b3?Beds=2&Baths=2)
The sections labeled ‘Bedroom 2’ and ‘Bath 2’ are available. If you’re interested in partial furnishment, I can ask the current occupant to leave their king-size mattress and frame.
The complex has a little 24-hour gym, a couple of pools, and a hot tub. Underground parking is available for an additional $35 per month. One of my favorite features is that there are two elevators in the building!
I’ll post real pictures soon! In the process of moving out the current occupant and it’s a bit messy…
About the roomies
It’ll just be me (and you!) in the apartment.
I like board games (see my shelf in the photos!), card games (mostly Magic but I do enjoy a good game of poker), and I attempt to maintain various crafty hobbies like crochet and needlepoint (please don’t ask me about my wips… ).
My work schedule currently runs me out of the apartment before 4:00AM Monday through Friday and sometimes doesn’t free me until almost 5:00PM. On a good day I get to leave the office at 12:30PM!
