Hi so I live in a townhouse with a finished basement, I am renting out my basement room that has plenty of storage space! There are egress windows as well so its not a dungeon. There is a back yard with a firepit and grill, across the street is a beautiful park right off the lake! You can fish, grill, or just have a nice day at the park. We have alot of front porch seating as well. Internet is available as well and we are 420 friendly

I live here with my 8 year old son and hubby. We are a very relaxed and chill household. Kids and hubby are big gamers, I enjoy my arts and music. I love cooking and baking. we are clean and organized just looking for someone who needs a place to live, I know how incredibly hard it is to afford living on your own these days, so we opened up our basement rooms to help out individuals in need.
