Hey roomies! I’m looking for someone to rent the extra room I have in my two story apartment 😊 It is a nice room with lots of closet space. The apartment has a restroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, I am totally open to giving my future roommate the downstairs restroom to do with what they please (storage, decor, etc) The rest of the common area in this home is furnished, I have pots and pans , silverware, cutlery, and a fully functioning dishwasher. All common areas are fully shared I don’t mind if you make yourself at home as long as it’s respectful to the home and myself. There is parking available with parking pass (I will give to you), most of the time it is full after 5pm but there is plenty on the outside of the apartments as well. There is also pool access and laundry facilities right outside of our apartment!
I’m 24 and go to school full time & work full time as well. On my downtime I like to relax at home with my cat i’m a homebody when i can be. I’m very clean i like my space to be clean at all times (not realistic but i like to aim for it), i also like to cook/meal prep weekly. I’d like to have a good relationship with my future roommate, every roommate i’ve had i’ve become friends with so that’s my new norm😊 we don’t have to be besties but a good relationship nonetheless.
