The house is a split 3 floor home. Spacious apartment where you can have free run of the apartment. The room to rent would need a bed but there is a bureau in there with a TV on top of it. Kitchen is spacious with a fridge, stove and pantry to share. I do have a cat who is people friendly.
About the roomies
The apartment home is quiet, not too many interactions with the other tenants. Unfortunately there is no off street parking, but parking is available on the one way street where the house is located. Easy access to restaurants, parks and the highway. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
