About the room

A private bedroom is available in this finished basement of a clean, quiet home. The roommate will have one private bedroom and access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, washer, and dryer. Utilities are not included in the rent and will be divided equally among all roommates. Internet is included at no additional cost.

About the roomies

Three people currently live in the home. My wife and I live on the first floor. I am studying CS at PVCC, and my wife is a travel nurse. Our other roommate lives on the basement level and he graduated from UVA with a degree in CS.

We also have two energetic dogs and two lazy cats. All four pets stay on the first floor and do not occupy the basement living area.

We strive to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and comfortable home for everyone. We are looking for one additional roommate who is responsible, clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces.
