The vacant room has large windows and a queen bed is available for purchase. Rent is $1260 per month, including rent, utilities, and WiFi. Lease is month to month, preference given to those wanting to commit to 1 year. The roommates are two young professionals who love exploring DC and looking for more to tag along! The building has 24/7 security/front desk assistance, a small exercise room, central laundry, and rooftop. 10$ daily for guest parking and 185$ monthly for a parking pass. Convenient, 5min walk from the Van Ness metro station (red line), on the D70 bus and nearby Rock Creek Park trails, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc.

Our roommate dynamic is:Adulting is hard enough. We like having the apt as a place where we can relax, vent, support, and respect (with) eachother. Warning: we will ask you about your day and have random chats about anything and everything if you’re down. LGBTQ+ friendly! But also understand if you want to hermit and introvert sometimes.
